Our cross-stitch portraits are 100% handmade. Production is slow and cannot be rushed. Orders are NOT available for direct purchase — please contact our teacher on WhatsApp first to confirm availability and production timeline before placing an order.
As a fully customized handmade product, returns without reason are not supported. Before shipping, we will send you real photos of the finished piece. You only pay the remaining balance after you confirm and are satisfied.
We ship directly from China. Photo frames are fragile and tend to break during international transit, so we cannot include them. What you receive is a finished embroidery cloth (standard 4×6 inches). You can easily purchase a matching frame locally. The image on the left shows what the actual product looks like.
